We are excited to share that there will be a new Irish language group on Wednesday evenings, meeting at 8pm in the Bar at the Tyneside Irish Centre, starting on the 12th of November.
This is an initiative from Pam, a young Dublin professional, now living on Tyneside. It is inspired by her experience at the Gaeltacht in Glencolmcille, Donegal. Everybody is welcome to share some words and phrases in the Irish language, even if you don’t have much Irish, but the main aim is to provide a way for those with basic knowledge of our language to preserve and improve their skills.
Drop us an email to let us know if you’re coming (tyneirishcs@gmail.com)
Fáilte Isteach!
