Carmel Kelly is a children’s author and creator of children’s books. She will present tales, extracts and illustrations from her books and, as a librarian in County Dublin, she is well used to communicating with this audience. Amongst her many publications are The New Cat, Spidey (a Halloween favourite) and her latest range of Irish Heroes for Children.
