We recently took our Raised on Songs and Stories project out to St. Joseph’s church in Stanley, County Durham where we had a very warm welcome from Fr. Kevin Dixon and many of his parishioners. Lady Elsie Robson attended the afternoon of music, chat and food. We were asked by several people if they could make a donation towards the event and it was decided that any money received would go to The Bobby Robson Foundation. We were amazed by their generosity which raised over £300.
