Tim Edey has toured the world, recording with most of the major names in Celtic and Contemporary roots music including The Chieftains and Christy Moore. Originally from Broadstairs in Kent and of Irish descent, Tim honed his style of playing guitar by listening to the likes of Django Reinhardt, Ed Boyd and Steve Cooney.
After 20 years as a performer and recording artist in his own right, and with multiple awards to his name, Tim is now rated by many as one of the world’s finest melodeon and guitar players.
His live performances showcase a stunning mix of world music-inspired instrumental virtuosity, with a strong Celtic theme. You’ll be blown away by his sheer musicality in a highly entertaining night of tuneful genius.
‘Utterly fantastic. Sheer, wonderful ebullient music’
